Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
The privacy policy and terms of use set out herein are applicable to applications by DanDude Developers. This applies to all mobile apps published on the Google Play Store by DanDude Developers. By installing these applications on your mobile device, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of use contained in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install these applications on your mobile device.
DanDude Developers do not collect any personal information about you and you will not receive a request in this direction. We do not collect any personal information from children with our Apps.
When you download and use our mobile applications, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any information about you or your device, except for nonpersonal information about the duration the App is used and how the App is used, such as the screens viewed and actions taken within our mobile applications. We do not give out any nonpersonal information to anybody outside our company.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.
DanDude Developers will always show the necessary sincerity and sensitivity to publish quality and useful applications. However, we do not make any commitment that your content in our applications will meet your expectations, be useful to you, or contain certain accurate information. We offer the applications as they are. For this reason, you acknowledge that you will not hold DanDude Developers responsible for any adverse events that may arise from your applications.
DanDude Developers takes the necessary effort to take all precautions regarding the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policy agreement. However, Internet and digital media are not safe enough areas. Therefore, we are not under any guarantee that we will offer you a hundred percent safe service. Our apps are only available on the Google Play Store. In the event that these applications take place in another android store other than our own, we will not be held responsible for any uploads made there from DanDude Developers.
These apps may include third-party ads and links. You acknowledge that DanDude Developers can not be held responsible for any damages that may be caused by the nature, content, security or the origin of such third party advertisements and links.
